Fulmer Room
Named in honor of Tennessee-native football player and coach Phillip Fulmer, this cozy venue accommodates 30-40 guests and includes a private kitchen and a connected wine room. It's the ideal setting for intimate gatherings such as business luncheons, birthday parties, or private events. Additionally, it's perfect for hosting exclusive cooking demonstrations or wine tastings.
Sullivan Room
Named after Patrick Sullivan, the original owner who built the structure, Sullivan’s Room is a stunning venue on the third floor of our historic building. Accommodating over 100 guests, it features a fully stocked bar, the original “Penny Bar,” high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and expansive windows overlooking Old City. Perfect for weddings, company parties, and celebrations, this space offers a memorable setting that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.


Chef's Table
The Chef’s Table offers a unique and intimate dining experience unlike any other at Lonesome Dove Knoxville. With seating for up to 10 guests, it provides an exclusive view of the behind- the-scenes culinary action. The centerpiece is a stunning Ash Wood table, perfect for enjoying a fun, communal dining experience.

Yes, we do! Please inquire further to set up a site visit with the venue's Sales and Event Manager.
Venue and spaces vary with venue rental fees and food and beverage minimums, and by date/day of the week. A Sales and Event Manager will be able to get you exact pricing for the space that best fit your needs.
All dates are first come, first serve, with initiation of a contract. If you are ready to move forward, please reach out to the Sales and Event Manager for a contract. We'll need an e-signature and a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Date: From Day of Signing to 14 Business Days Prior
Amount: 50% of Estimated Food and Beverage Charges
Cancellation Date: 14 Business Days from Event to 7 Days Prior
Amount: 75% of Estimated Food and Beverage Charges
Cancellation Date: 7 Business Days Prior to Day of Event
Amount: 100% of Estimated Food and Beverage Charges
